In these Terms and Conditions, the words “CiaoWed”, “CW”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, refer to the website ciaowed.com, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns. The words “user”, “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing or using the Services (as defined below); however, if you access or use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms and Conditions and that it is fully binding on them. In any such case, the term “you” will refer to such entity and its affiliates.
Your access to and use of CiaoWed.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. 3. Change of Use and Reserved Rights
CiaoWed.com reserves the right to:
3.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that CiaoWed.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
3.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
3.3 The vendors on the site must be able to communicate correctly in English. CiaoWed.com reserves the right to change the content of vendors profiles if it contains errors or fails to communicate effectively, at the discretion of the staff.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account, profile, or access to the Services at our sole discretion.
3.5 CiaoWed.com reserves the right to remove profiles of vendors if their content does not meet the quality standards established by our staff. This may include, but is not limited to, a lack of detailed information, low-quality images, incomplete or unprofessional descriptions, or any other element that may compromise the user experience on the site. The assessment of profile quality is at our sole discretion and is not subject to appeal.
3.6 CiaoWed.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or correct any vendor profile if changes made by the user negatively affect the visual quality or professionalism of the website. This may include, but is not limited to, poorly cropped or low-quality images, cover photos that do not display correctly, text written entirely in capital letters, spelling or grammatical errors, or any other content that we consider detrimental to the image and user experience of the platform.
If a user repeatedly makes changes that, in our sole judgment, compromise the appearance, readability, or overall quality of the site, CiaoWed.com reserves the right to restrict or block further edits to that profile without prior notice.
4. Links to Third Party Websites
CiaoWed.com website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
Users may not publish contact information, links or references to third parties websites. Users may not suggest other users to search for information on third parties websites.

6.5 CiaoWed.com does not take responsibility for the content of any member profile, or member services offered on any profile. CiaoWed.com does not endorse or verify, and specifically disclaims responsibility or liability for, any member or user profiles. Concerns regarding any such service, resource, or link posted or offered by a member should be directed to the particular member. Contacting these members, whether through our services or separately is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liabilities with regard to your dealings with any member listed on this Site.
7. Online Conduct
You will not, for any reason, directly or indirectly submit a review to a listing with which you are affiliated. Reviews may only be posted by legitimate clients who have booked you. You may dispute any review you feel to be fraudulent, but the removal of reviews is solely at our discretion. Posting any illegitimate review, whether on your own or on another member’s listing, may result in your account’s immediate termination, at our discretion, and may also result in a permanent ban from the Services.
When you receive a review, we have the right to ask you for information about the event, such as the names of the clients, the name and location of the venue, and the date of the event. We reserve the right to remove reviews that, at our sole discretion, it deems not genuine. CiaoWed.com will not modify or edit any review at the request of the vendor who received it.
8. Registration Restrictions
8.1 Registration on CiaoWed.com by agencies or intermediaries whose primary activity is representing, brokering, or reselling third-party vendors’ services is prohibited. Only individual vendors and businesses offering their own services are allowed to register and create a profile on our site.
8.2 CiaoWed.com reserves the right to immediately remove any profile identified as belonging to a prohibited agency/intermediary without prior notice.
8.3 Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, such as creating multiple profiles or using false information, will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of the account.
9. Use of Vendor Content
By uploading, posting, linking, embedding, or otherwise submitting any content to CiaoWed.com (“CW”) — including photos, videos, audio, logos, biographies and descriptions (collectively, “Vendor Content”) — you grant CW a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Vendor Content for promotional, marketing, editorial, and platform-related purposes, including use on our website, blog/articles, social media, advertising materials, and email newsletters.
This license also applies to Vendor Content made available through links, URLs, or embeds (e.g., YouTube/Vimeo/Instagram), to the extent CW can technically access and display such content.
Where reasonably possible, CW will provide attribution and a link to the Vendor profile or official channel. CW will not use Vendor Content in a defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate context.
In addition, CW may re-publish Vendor Content on its official channels — including by uploading videos or excerpts to CW’s YouTube channel — solely to promote CW and/or the Vendor.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant the above license (including any third-party rights in photos, videos, and music), and you agree to indemnify CW against any third-party claims arising from the Vendor Content. You acknowledge that third-party platforms may apply their own policies (including removals, claims, or monetization).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CiaoWed.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against CiaoWed.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
11. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Italy and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
