How to Submit a Review for a Vendor You Hired

Reviews are an extremely important tool for vendors on CiaoWed, and they’re especially useful for couples and planners who are considering hiring them.
When you book a vendor through CiaoWed, we always recommend leaving an honest review on their profile.

To leave a review, simply visit the vendor’s profile and scroll down to the Leave a Review section.
If you previously bookmarked the vendor, you can quickly find them by visiting your Favourites section and tapping their profile.

When you submit a review, you’ll be asked to provide the following:

• Star rating
  You can rate the vendor’s Quality of Service, Professionalism, Flexibility, and Communication from one to five stars.
  The overall rating will be the average of these individual scores.
• Written review
  Write a summary describing the type of service provided and your experience.
  Include details that could help other couples and planners make the right decision.
  Were they punctual? Well-prepared? Easy to communicate with?
  How was the experience from booking to the wedding day?
  Would you hire them again? Would you recommend them to others?
• Wedding date
  Please indicate the date of your wedding. This helps verify the authenticity of your review.
• Wedding venue
  Let us know where the wedding took place — for example, the name of the villa, castle, or location.
  This adds valuable context for other couples.
• Photo with the vendor
  You can also upload a photo of you with the vendor (optional but highly appreciated).

Once you have completed all the fields, tap the Submit your Review button and wait for the confirmation message before leaving the page.
If any errors occur, they will be highlighted — simply correct them and tap the button again.
