She helped make our wedding as smooth and joyful as possible. Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives, and Ilaria is responsible for a lot of that. Throughout the planning process, we navigated a number of hurdles and challenges associated with planning a wedding from another country and featuring guests from around the world. Ilaria managed these issues seamlessly and made our lives much, much easier. As English speakers, we never felt like we were missing anything or lost. Where we wanted choices, she presented to us a variety of excellent options. Where we did not need to make choices, she found perfect suppliers. Ilaria brings an eye for style and elegance, and she also knew exactly how to design an event that would be fun and loving. She knew our budget, was conscious of it throughout, and honored it perfectly. Our guests praised every aspect of the wedding—almost all of which Ilaria had either handled or helped us pick. She is calm and organized. Whenever we had questions, Ilaria had answers or tracked them down quickly. She solved every problem or complication that arose, and she did all of this while being a loving, kind, warm, thoughtful partner and friend to us. There are not enough positive things to say about Ilaria and the exceptional quality of Eventi di Stile. All I can say is… wow. WOW. What a night we had, thanks to Ilaria and her team!! To say everything was perfect would be an understatement – it was beyond anything we imagined. The food, the music, the venue, the lights, the photography, the hair and makeup… Ilaria made the entire process so easy for us. Any worry we had and brought to her, she took care of professionally, warmly, and without adding any additional pressure on us. For example, we weren’t sure what our final guest count was until the day before the wedding. Ilaria worked closely with us and our caterer and was extremely supportive and flexible as the answers emerged. She knows the city and the region inside-out: she could recommend everything from a gorgeous pizzeria for a family dinner to a salon for guests to get their hair done. She brought us the best of the best when it came to vendors and venues – so many of our guests commented on the food being so delicious and the venue being so special and beautiful. But even outside of her talents in planning an elegant, no stress wedding, Ilaria is a wonderful person who made us feel so welcome in Bologna. She is extremely detail-oriented, will deliver on your ideas, and come up with creative solutions to any problems that may arise. We are so grateful to Eventi di Stile for putting together, from 0 to 1, an amazing day we will never forget.
Ilaria was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in trying to accommodate our wishes for a wedding to remember. She was very responsive, available at all times and very patient with our vision and the intricacies of organising a destination wedding for 160 guests hailing from five different countries. So many of our guests commented on how well organised everything was and how hard Ilaria was seen working on the day. Shame my wife and I can’t get married twice 🙂
